New systems

We can help you choose the right system for your business. This usually starts with a free, no obligation meeting at your premises to understand and document your business requirements.

Based on the information you provide, we will produce a proposal for the system(s) we believe will help your business to grow, and be more productive. The proposal will contain information about the system(s), implementation guide and pricing.

Once your new system is chosen, we will work closely with you to agree on an implementation plan. The plan will include information about data conversion, systems configuration and set-up, training, and on-going support.

Having completed many implementations we can provide you with a faster and easier implementation.

Existing Systems

Often systems that have been in use for a number of years become outdated if not upgraded regularly or maintained.  This results in inefficiencies and a reduction in the quality of information in the system.  In addition, training and system knowledge that are handed down from one user to another can often result in users not maximising their use of the system.

We can help you with system upgrades, and then make sure you keep up to date with the latest version of your software.  We can also provide “on the job” training for staff who may have got a bit rusty or who have never received proper training. We actively encourage users to be curious about their system, as they may just find something that could save them hours of work.


We provide on-going support to all users who may have occasional queries. We would much rather a user asks us about a system problem than struggle on and does something incorrectly or not at all! This saves time and can avoid small issues growing into larger problems later.

Our on-going support covers anything to do with your system. You may require a new report, need a revision in your processes, need guidance on accounting transactions, etc, etc. We can often provide a fast solution to your query, so that you can get on with managing your business.

Management Accounting

Management accounting is the process of providing management with accurate and timely financial information for effective decision-making.

Of course, much of the information will come from your business and accounting systems. It is, therefore important that the information entered and maintained in these systems is accurate , complete and timely.

We can help you ensure the information in your system is correct by providing guidance on system set-up, transaction entry, reconciliations, and issue management.

If your Management Accounting is accurate, then the information your external accountant requires at the end of each year should be readily available from your systems, and will not require you to spend hours pulling information from various sources.
